When will my order ship?

Our team works hard to get out orders as soon as possible, but due to high order volumes, it may take 2-7 business days (M-F) to ship out your order.

Can I pick up my order?

  • We are moving! If you want to place a pick up order (and save on shipping costs) before May 31st, please pick it up by May 31st at our Coalville location at: 51 N Main St. Coalville, Utah 84017Our Coalville Warehouse location is open Monday-Thursday from 8 AM to 4 PM and Fridays from 8 AM to 3 PM.*We will not be open on Monday May 27th, Memorial DayFrom May 31st onward, we will no longer be offering local pick ups, but please stay tuned as we have some exciting things in the works and will have more local shopping options coming very soon!Please email our customer service if you have any questions about local pick ups. What products cannot be shipped internationally?
